Dad and daughter home completely destroyed by flood
Part time youth worker, and 6yo daughter completely flooded out from South Lismore property.
Owned house since December last year, brought possessions up above previous flood level and estimated flood level that was advised during Sunday. Over the course of Sunday night while asleep the expected river peak was significantly revised upwards. Water totally consumed house, and had to be rescued by private tinny on Monday morning. Currently living in house and rebuilding.
