Young mother of 4 has been left with no money after being scammed by ex-partner
Young mother of 4 was in a relationship for 4 months with a man she met on a dating website. In this time the victim was coerced into applying for loans from financial institutions on behalf of the perpetrator. Victim is now in financial debt because of this and unable to afford basic needs. Victim has reported the matter to the Police but no formal action could be taken due to lack of evidence that she was coerced. During the 4 months they were together the victim was emotionally and physically abused. Victim has now separated from the perpetrator and unable to contact him due to him changing mobile numbers and avoiding her. Victim is worried she will not be able to pay her rent and feed her children. This is obviously causing her a great deal of stress.
