The mother of two children is flood affected and their house is destroyed. She also has 3 cats and 1 dog. They all are currently staying at emergency accommodation. The client was able to organise accommodation through DFFH but is still needing support with essential items. Require lot of support, Client is under GP care. She came to seek help. They lost all their items/things due to their house being destroyed. They also do not have their contents insured. They required essential items for new property.
