65 year old female in financial hardship

A 65-year-old widowed female currently experiencing financial hardship. Due to the cost of living increases, she is struggling to buy groceries on top of the list of medications prescribed by her GP. She has chronic emphysema and Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease which has also limited her ability to access the community as often as she would like which has exacerbated her symptoms of depression associated with her diagnosis of bipolar disorder. She is currently saving up for a car so she can access community groups however is on low income therefore any support regarding groceries and pharmacy vouchers would be appreciated.
