80 year old lady requires assistance to return home after flood levels reached more than 1 metre above her floor level.
Our recipient is an 80-year-old lady who attempted to save her belongings by raising them, only for the water to reach much higher than anticipated - 1 metre above her floor level. With limited funds through the aged pension to cover replacement costs of essential items, returning to her home will not be possible for some time. Any help to give her back her independence is appreciated.
