Just moved in
Young family of 6 & 2 pet dogs moved into rental in October. Very community minded family (members of the surf club & preschool management committee). Were caring for all their belongings and that of the homeowner, stored downstairs. Escaped to evac centre after moving everything upstairs. Then evacuated from that centre to another evac centre when Ballina flooded.
Has been taken in by local surf club-small 2 bed unit.
Have lost all contents & belongings. So sad about all their books & being separated from their pets.
Trying to help rebuild the rental with the landloard.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
