56-year-old man living with a mental health disability and socially isolated

This man is currently living in a shared accommodation facility and is relying on the Disability Support Pension as his main source of income. This barely covers his rent with little money left over to be able to save for a phone. He does not own any digital devices of his own. This means that he is unable to keep in contact with any of the organisations/services that are supporting him, his health professionals or his family and friends. He has really struggled with feelings of isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic, in the accommodation that he is currently living in, they are subject to prolonged lockdowns.
