A 51-year old man with a physical disability, who uses a wheelchair for mobility, based in Ipswich is looking for an Android smartphone to get connected online. He lives in shared accommodation with his support worker and has been unable to access a device due to financial stress. He expressed that he needs a device to connect with his community, family and friends, access essential services, and in case of emergencies as he is prone to falls. This phone needs to have up to date software, enable 4G services, have large storage capacity, and be a model with a large screen due to visual impairment.
