Family's (parents and adult child) house flooded, never flooded in the 30 years of owning. During this time they evacuated (for approx 4 weeks) to a neighbouring property. Water was approx 4-5 inches and they were not insured. They are still unable to access the property, despite the water no longer being in their home, due to the water over access roads.
