Universal TV remote
Aboriginal gentleman requires a universal tv remote control.
Young aboriginal man living alone using the TV to help go to sleep at night, currently trying to sleep without TV on. Finding it very difficult was going to reduce sounds each night until it is on 0 sound. His remote control has no volume or off controls. A universal control would help this gentleman start the process of reducing the volume and eventually not requiring the TV sound at all to sleep.
