This man has never had the opportunity of owning his own digital device before. Many other people dictate decisions in his life and he would greatly benefit from a smartphone to connect with friends and community. This will boost his mental health and wellbeing and diminish his feeling of isolation. He is currently employed part-time, however the pay that he receives barely covers the cost of his day-to-day living.
