Pregnant 26-year-old woman with an intellectual disability who has fled a DV relationship

This woman is currently pregnant with her third child. She has recently escaped from a domestically violent relationship. She is living in shared accommodation and is due to have the baby next month. She does not currently have a phone and needs one to contact her children, services, and those who are currently supporting her with housing, the pregnancy and her children who are in care. She does not have the financial means to afford her own as her medical bills are using most of her pension.

A device would allow her to connect with services and her children in care.
