Our client is an aboriginal single mother of 2, recently separated from her partner due to DV. He recently left her and has left nothing for her or the children. Children are aged 4 and 5 years. They are currently living with the clients mother, but due to minimal space and furniture, she is sharing a small room with her 2 children. She has reached out to various services in the community for DV support and counselling.
