54-year-old man living remotely with multiple disabilities needing to teleconference with health care team and family

This man is currently at risk of homelessness, He has been through many crisis organisations and services. He struggles with bad mental health and wellbeing and has felt particularly isolated during COVID-19. He also experienced the 2022 flooding disaster event and the inability to access any emergency information further impacted his mental health. He did not have a device or a way of being able to contact his support network.

He would love to be able to connect with conferences online, use Zoom and Microsoft Teams to attend telehealth appointments and connect with family and friends.

He does not have the financial means to afford his own device right now.
