Young Parent Support ages 12-21

We have young parents 12-21 - it takes 4-6 weeks for Parenting payments and Tax AB to commence at times, it would be lovely to be able to ease the burden with some baby items that are needed or to have vouchers from a store that provides these items also.
Some of these young mums/parents come to us with No identification, it can take months to obtain enough identification to then source centrelink payments, leaving them in very vulnerable situations.
