Single mother of five needs assistance to sustain tenancy of 3 years. The family need to replace doors, repaint the inside of the house, and upgrade curtains. Mum is paying real estate to replace the doors, she is also having difficulty putting food on the table. She has been keeping up her tenancy for the last three years, but she now needs some assistance. Keeping this tenancy is vital in the current rental crisis.
