Single woman who's property was severely flood affected and is experiencing issues with insurance.
Woman does not qualify for grants as property was not primary place of residence, however woman was renting nearby waiting for tenants to finish lease so that she could move back into the property. Woman is currently living in the flood affected property.
As insurance is being difficult she is needing help with a couple of items to help her rebuild.
