Client is 13 yo Aboriginal boy originally from Bourke NSW experiencing homelessness and as a result is couch surfing between several extended family members. YPs mother and father are not in the picture and YP relies heavily on support from maternal grandmother. Maternal grandmother is receiving treatment for serious medical issues and as a result is struggling to provide for client.
