Family lost everything when home flooded. Trying to get back home. Daughter died of heart attack post flood.
Family - 3 generations living in house that was flooded. Lost everything and trying to get back into their home. Have a foster son with a disability to support. Trying to rebuild without insurance or grant support.
UPDATE: House not insured for flood. Middle-aged daughter died of a heart attack a week after the flood. Grandmother is on leave due to stress. She will be caring for her grandson who is a foster child requiring full time care due to mild cerebral palsy and developmental delay.
Due to fostering need house to be repaired to be acceptable to move back in. Currently staying with family in a 2 bed house with three people.
