Young Woman Transition from Crisis accomodation to long term housing

At 16, a young woman came into crisis accommodation after facing severe family conflict and unsafe living conditions.
At 16.5, she moved to the Transitional Program, where she continued her education and secured part-time employment. The supportive environment allowed her to focus on personal development and future aspirations. Her progress and growing independence were remarkable, and she gradually built the skills and confidence needed for a stable future.
Her hard work and determination led to her being offered a permanent home. This milestone marked her journey from crisis to stability, providing a secure environment where she could continue to grow and thrive.
Her transitional unit was fully furnished, so she needs support to set up her new, permanent home. We seek donations to provide essential household items and furnishings to ensure she transitions smoothly into her new space.
