Lovely lady finally settling into a safe location, wanting to build her independence

A lady coming out of a domestic violence situation has finally been approved and moving into her own department of housing property. She has overcome a lot of adversity through her life and has shown great resilience with the hurdle's life has thrown at her. She would like nothing more but to settle in her new safe home but requires assistance with purchasing a couch. She would like a fold out couch, so her mum is able to stay when she visits, her unit is one bedroom only.
