A sad and common sight in Carnarvon is our young people wondering the streets with no shoes as they don't own any or wearing the same clothes day in day out as they only have one set of clothes. It would be great to be able to provide these young people with these basic items to protect their feet from the harsh and hot roads and to be able to change their clothes to keep clean.
