Fire affected couple living in mobile home

Semi retired couple on fixed income who purchased bush acreage in East Gippsland just prior to the fires with the plan to build their retirement home. Fire destroyed all fencing, shed and newly purchased water tanks, equipment and tools and some home contents stored on the shed on the property at time of the fires. Long delays in settlement on the purchase rendered the couple homeless for 6 months while awaiting delayed settlement due to the fire. Now living on the property in a converted bus with makeshift water collection and the need to transport then carry 20 ltr jerry cans of water to top up their supply. Husband has a chronic back injury.
