Single mum with child in renal failure

I am working with a family in our transitional family housing program. My client was no longer able to afford her rent once her partner decided to leave the relationship due to DV & mental health break down. This put my client and 4 children aged between 2 years old and 14 years old at risk of homelessness and they were in court for eviction. The eldest child is in renal failure. This young man needs medication and must go to hospital 3 to 4 times a week for dialysis. Mum applied for many rentals but due to the impact of COVID-19 she was unsuccessful. I supported the family into transitional supported accommodation for 12 months and I have linked them in with counselling supports. The family have been adjusting to the new property over the last 6 weeks, however, this week their washing machine broke down and Mum doesn't have money left in her budget to replace or repair it. I am requesting vouchers to purchase a large washing machine and delivery, and petrol vouchers.
