financial hardship due to bad health, fires and financial stress
clients has suffered financial hardship due to the fires. Three members of the family have severe health problems. The father has 3 blood disorders and has a 10 year life expectancy. the mother has a cancer diagnosis which gets treatment and keeps reoccurring. and the youngest child has club foot which requires ongoing surgery.
all three have to travel to melbourne for treatment which is approx 500 kilometres each way. 3 of clients nephews have just been placed in his care by child protection.
