37-year-old man living with a psycho-social disability seeking employment opportunities

This man is currently unemployed but actively looking for employment in the community sector. He is diagnosed with a mental health disability. He does not currently own a laptop, nor does he have the financial means to afford his own. He would love the opportunity for one to be donated so that he can write cover letters, resumes, search for employment, undergo online interviews and health appointments. He mentioned that his psychologist has moved to completely online appointments and his phone does not allow him to have the meaningful and personal conversations that he would like to have.
