Family of eight who lost all their belongings in the flood seeking help to replace furniture and with living expenses

A mother and father living with their six children who are young adults and teenagers lost all their belongings when flood waters completely inundated their home. In the months that followed the family had 20 people living on their house block in tents, in the shed and on the veranda. The family are now living in a caravan on the property while their rental home undergoes repairs. The family are experiencing financial hardship in not only recovering from their own losses, but in helping so many of their friends and family recover as well. The family have asked for help to replace essential furniture items and with food and fuel. They have not made any previous requests through Givit.
