53-years old refugee with mental health issue, socially isolated living with 3 her daughters in need of supports. In the process of migrating to Australia, she experienced trauma that has led to ongoing suicide ideation along with mental health issues. She doesn't have any support services that is currently supporting her nor does she have any family member living in the area. In addition to the trauma, she experienced physical health issues which limits her mobility. She has to walk on a cane while living in a unit on the second level. She experiences issues with self-care and personal care. She relies on her 3 young daughters to help her do that. She is socially isolated.
