Independant Young Person Seeking Computer to start online business.

I am supporting a young person that has been out of home since they were 14 years old due to domestic violence. This young person arrived in Australia as a refugee from Jordan with their family as a young child. They are currently 16 and have maintained a private rental for over 12 months. This young person is incredibly resilient, industrious, artisit, creative and hopful, despite all they have experienced in life. They are currently enrolled in year 11, work a part time job and are creating an online business as another source of income. Due to their circumstance they have limited resources and are seeking support to set up their start-up. They are seeking a computer - laptop or desk-top through which they can run the business and also a postage label printer. Any support to achieve this goal would be greatly appreciated.
