Our client is known to the Willaura Healthcare team (campus of the East Grampians Health Service). Her current landlord has delayed essential repairs to her home. Particularly to her windows and doors. Due to her housing conditions, her house is very cold during winter. This continues to have a negative effect on her quality of life.
