Single mother with 3 children who has left FV relationship got allocated a government subsidized house

The client has been engaged with our service for 2 years. She has been a full time carer for her children. She is opened to our service when she was dealing with a long term domestic violence relationship. She made attempts to leave her ex-partner. She managed to separate with her ex-partner 1.5 year ago and has been on priority housing waitlist since then. She has been allocated a house last week after a long wait. During the meantime, she has been couchsurfing at her families' house and seek short stay at the local women's refuge. It was a stressful journey after leaving a family violence relationship.

The client reached out to us since she felt stressed not having access basics. Since she has no access to other fundings, we are hoping to request items to enable her to start a new life.
