Supporting 46yr old Aboriginal woman who is suffering from chronic health issues

Client is a 46yr old Aboriginal woman who is suffering from chronic health issues. She is financially struggling just surviving on Centrelink payments as well as her adult son who lives at home with her. Son has mental health issues, diagnosed with autism and cannot be left on his own. Client has a full-time job caring and advocating for her son. Client's social, emotional well-being has suffered but would not have it any other way, her son's well-being is very important to her. Client is a very soft spoken lady who is kind and needs our help. Thankyou
