Ongoing education support for a transgender young person diagnosed with ASD, intellectual and learning disabilities

Thank you in advance for reading this request and for your support. I am currently working with a transgender young person who is 18 and recently diagnosed with ASD and other intellectual and learning disabilities. This young man graduated grade 12 at the end of 2021 and has applied and been accepted into TAFE to study Fashion. Fashion is a long passion and creating and designing fashion specifically cosplay and costumes has helped keep this young person safe at times when experiencing significant discrimination and abuse from family, friends and community. This young person requires a laptop to study at TAFE and a sewing machine and would greatly benefit from your support. This young person is significantly gifted and won an award this year at school for their fashion designs and creations. This young person's health and wellbeing would also improve knowing they have the things they need for tertiary education. Please help!
