My client is a single mum of two children aged 12yo and 7yo and a victim/survivor of FDV. My client and her children experienced significant family and domestic violence perpetrated by the father of her children. My client is currently struggling with significant mental health which are the after effects of the abuse and has a child who is struggling with health issues that impacts my client from working .My client has no support network to reach out for supports.
My client is currently accessing mental health supports to improve her her mental wellbeing and build her capacity to be able to work in future and be able to support her children both financially and emotionally. My client is seeking financial assistance and christmas appeal to be able to provide food for her children during the festive season .
