Every young person deserves to feel valued and cared for especially at Christmas. Many 16–25-year-olds in transitional housing are working hard to build their independence after experiencing homelessness, family breakdown, or other challenges.
This Christmas, we’re putting together thoughtful hampers filled with practical essentials and small treats to brighten their day.
Your donations will help us fill these hampers with love and care. Whether it’s a pair of warm socks, a reusable drink bottle, or a supermarket gift card, every contribution helps bring comfort, dignity, and a bit of festive cheer to a young person starting over.
