Older person was living in caravan that washed away in flood. Been in temp accom ever since. Has been in a situation where family has been making decisions and keeping him away from other people. He was flooded and was living with family however left due to elders abuse and now moved in with finance, lived in pod after flood, in and out of hospital due to strokes.
