Single mum of two kids aged 7 and 5 and one child with special needs. Mum has recently lost her job in July due to ongoing medical issues with Crohn's disease and frequent hospital stays and also a son with acquired demyelinating syndrome otherwise known as ADS. Rent, car payments, food and medical bills stretching her single parenting payments. Her kids needed heat in winter and hence received a huge electricity bill from a portable heater and a fridge that have seals that no longer seal the fridge door. This family has a lot of bills and not a lot of money coming in as mum is currently on medical leave. A payment hardship plan for her energy company has been put in place but needing to buy a new fridge to bring her electricity bills down to an acceptable level. A new fridge would help her lower her electricity bills and keep her food fresher for longer. This help would greatly help a struggling family in time for Xmas. A little help until she can get back to work and on her feet..
