We are supporting a large Indigenous family whose eldest daughter, aged 21, is studying Fashion Design at CIT. She has shown remarkable creativity and drive, producing stunning designs that reflect her culture and story.
Currently, she hand sews all her creations — a slow and demanding process that limits what she can achieve. A sewing machine and basic sewing supplies would make a world of difference, allowing her to refine her skills, complete her coursework efficiently, and continue building her dream of a career in fashion.
This small boost would not only enhance her confidence and learning but also inspire her younger siblings and peers to pursue their own goals.
