Single father (coparenting) living with parents since the flood 2022 in Lismore.
Has not been able to afford to rebuild his home in Woodburn - waiting on NSWRA Decision on buyback until recently which was unsuccessful.
Now trying to do basic repairs to sell the property as he can not afford the mortgage and the house is currently un-liveable (and not able to be sold in its damaged state)
Trying to do repairs himself while running his own business and has exhausted all other avenues for financial assistance. Bank pressuring to foreclose on the home
