Elderly couple in their 80's have experienced tragedy of a house fire which has left them homeless. Their only income is the aged pension. Their home was completely destroyed by fire, losing absolutely every personal belonging they owned. They have temporary accommodation and currently living in a caravan at a van park but this has put them under immense pressure as they are permanent carers for their child who is in the 40's who is blind and has intellectual disabilities who is struggling with having new surroundings and a changed routine. They have secured a rental but are struggling financially with insufficient personal funds to allow the purchase of essential household items like a washing machine and fridge. They would be most grateful for any help at this point in time that could free up personal income to so they can purchase other essential personal items.
