This resident is a single father of three small children aged 7-14 years old.. The storm event damaged their home, the power was out for a week and trees came down around the home, appliances stopped working and still wont work.
He is self employed and while he is still working, it has been sporadically due to his marriage breakdown in which there has been a FV issue causing him some mental health issues and having three children in his care, at present he is finding life hard and is under a lot of financial stress .
