A vulnerable 64 yro woman from CALD background experiencing homelessness needing help to move into public housing property

A vulnerable woman who has had a difficult life leading to homelessness. She had to vacate a shared accommodation she lived in for over 5 years because owner sold the property, and with nowhere else to go, she couch-surfed at her son's one bedroom unit and relies on her Centrelink Disability Support Pension for medical bills, contribution to her son's rent and essential needs, plus caring for her loyal pet Husky dog.
She migrated from Iran many years ago, and struggled after marriage breakdown and has been on her own with multiple medical and health issues - a dislocated hip with implanted plates; irregular heart beating condition and had a medical device
(defibrillator) implanted in 2018; fractured right wrist; diagnosed with depression and anxiety. She used to work as a disability support worker and stopped after being attacked by a client.
She's soon to be moving into social housing and need to furnish as she has no possessions except personal belongings.
