Supporting client to test NDIS amongst serveral other issues. Has completed tests for neurological issues i.e. epilepsy and seizures which has now been diagnosed. She also has mental health issues She has 2 young children, and has just recently moved into new home following history of FDV. She still as huge debt issues before she moved into her new public houing property escaping her FDV partner and part of the reason why she has accumulated debt. This lady has memory issues and cannot drive due to recent diagnosis. She has physical pain and old injuries due to major car accident. She has little family connection and has dahd to cut ties with some family members due AOD addiction and is fearful of losing tenancy if she does have contact with some of them. She has no friends and very little formal/informal support.
