Resident is elderly and has been affected by the Feb 13th, 2024, storms in Victoria. The resident had trees fall down on the property and fences destroyed and tree removal and fences are not covered in this resident’s insurance. The resident has been saving for the arborist’s bill and fence repair and this has seen them become financially struggling and unable to buy their usual groceries and personal items due to being an aged pensioner. I am requesting a grocery voucher to help take the pressure off a little and ease the stress they are under.
