Tenant is being threatened with eviction by her landlord. She has been living with hoarding as a result of trauma from Domestic Violence. She is working hard to remove items, having utilised 12 council cleanups, 2 large skips bins and 3 of her neighbour's clean ups. However, she is living with chronic illness, multiple improperly healed breaks in her arms, arthritis, breathing difficulties and heart issues which makes it challenging for her to make swift progress.
Her and her son are facing homelessness if she cannot clear the property quickly.
