Single, 34 year old , Indigenous female, soon to be giving birth to a baby. Expected date of birth 3rd March 2025.
Mum has a traumatic past including sexual abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse and suffers from complex trauma and poor mental health.
Mum has made the decision to move away from the area that has caused her grief for all her life and start fresh with her baby. As such, Mum has no family, contacts or supports within the community.
Starting anew, mum has just been approved for housing after an extended period of residing in temporary (hotel) accommodation. Unfortunately, leaving her past behind also means leaving all her household belongings behind.
