Young vulnerable couple severely impacted by flooding. Floodwaters inundated entire home, lost all of their belongings. They have just moved into the home and were in the middle of getting themselves "set up". They have no family to support them and are extremely vulnerable. They have lost their car due to attempting to escape the flooding and the car was impacted by flash flooding. They were lucky enough to be rescued by a passing famer in a boat.
