We assist this family of four, consisting of a single mother and her children. The mother has no income and they are asylum seekers on a bridging visa. They depend on support from community organizations to meet their daily needs. One of the daughters has a severe medical condition requiring frequent specialist appointments in Sydney, as there are no specialists for her age group in Canberra. This adds significant strain to their already limited income support. Additionally, they face substantial medical costs, including daily medications and fortnightly injections, which have been ongoing since 2021. Any support for transport or medical expenses for the family would be appreciated.
