Mum and son live in a low set home and had floodwater in the home causing damage to everything now is the wait to get things fixed throughout the home. Loss of power and communication was a big problem, They had waist height water throughout the home, only found out that she could claim a givit voucher through coming in for counselling and was asked if she had submitted a claim. This is a genuine claim she has shown photos at the start of her session.
