Mother of 3 survivor of FDV, was in refuge for 4 months, had just got a new home. She is in need of a large washing machine. My client used all her savings to get beds and furniture for the home and that meant she could only afford a second-hand machine with the last of her money, the person who sold it to her, knowingly knew it was broken and has refused any refund. Any help would be greatly appreciated for this family, as they are using all their spare money on trips to the laundrette leaving them very little to buy food.
